My understaduing it is a dice placement game., You roll 3 dice and place them. The higher the die, the better the effect. The twist is that only the lowest die in an area gets anything - so the dilema is place a ow die for a gauarnteed but wek effect, or a high die for a better effect gambling that it won;'t be taken.
